Caldwell 15 (NGC 6826) also known as the Blinking Planetary is a planetary nebula located within the constellation Cygnus.
C15 is best viewed during Fall, is magnitude 8.8*, and can be viewed with binoculars. It is 0.5 x 2.3' in size. For reference, the full moon is 30' (arc minutes) in size.
