Caldwell 77 (NGC 5128) also known as the Centaurus A is a galaxy located within the constellation Centaurus.

C77 is best viewed during Spring, is magnitude 7*, and can be viewed with binoculars. It is 18 x 14' in size. For reference, the full moon is 30' (arc minutes) in size.
