Tahuya State Forest
Tahuya State Forest is a recognized dark sky location in Washington for stargazing and astronomy activities.
Type
As a U.S. state park, various camping options may be available, including frontcountry camping, dispersed camping (boondocking), and backcountry (backpacking/primitive) camping. Also, electric bicycles are allowed on all trails (motorized and non-motorized). A permit may be required.
OHV trails
Off-road vehicle trails and camping are also permitted for ATVs, dirt bikes and other OHVs (off-highway vehicles). A permit is required.
