There are 16 widely-recognized dwarf planets located in the Kuiper belt past Neptune. The outer Kuiper belt is sometimes called the scattered disc. Planets are shown by distance from the Sun.

Planets here are in very elongated orbits that go from the Kuiper Belt out to the inner edge of the Oort Cloud. Several dwarf planets and asteroids out there are believed to be perturbed by Planet 9, thought to be 5x Earth mass. It's existence is suggested but by no means confirmed.
